Exceptional cleaning performance
The suction cleaned my carpet much more thoroughly than my previous robot, and the belt-style mop left vinyl far cleaner than spinning pads. Navigation and obstacle avoidance have been reliable.

The tangle-free claim is real
Three months in and there is nothing wrapped around the roller. Pet hair is the whole reason I bought this, and it has been the biggest difference.

How long does a clean take?+
Sweeping a 150 m² room takes roughly 115 minutes. Sweep then mop takes about 280 minutes, and simultaneous sweep and mop takes about 160 minutes. Actual time depends on your home.
Can Flow 2 clean carpets?+
Yes. It has four carpet modes. A retractable pressure plate seals the intake for 4.2× instant suction, and the mop lifts 12 mm so it does not drag a wet pad across the pile.
Does the dock clean itself?+
The dock washes the mop with water up to 212 °F, collects lint on a replaceable screen, runs an active cleaning cycle on the clean-water tank and dries the mop with 104 °F air.
How often do consumables need replacing?+
Dust bag: 120 days without pets, about 90 days with pets. Roller brush: 6 months. Track mop: 1–3 months. Side brush and dock filter: 3 months. The app counts each one down.
Do I need the plumbed dock?+
No. The standard tank dock works without plumbing. Choose the Auto Refill & Drainage System only if you can supply a clean-water inlet and a drain behind the dock.
What does the trial and warranty cover?+
